All online returns are subject to the following criteria:
All returns must be un-opened, un-used, undamaged and in their original packaging; with all tags attached in order to obtain your refund.
All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
If you wish to return an item to us by mail or courier, you will be responsible for the cost of postage/courier service.
When returning items by mail/courier, please ensure that they are correctly packaged, as we can only offer a refund on undamaged items.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt, to the same method of payment used at our checkout.
All refunds will be given for the cost of goods only. Any delivery charged incurred against the purchase will not be refunded.
If the item you have purchased is faulty, please contact us on 089 403 4182 or email us at email@example.com to arrange a replacement or refund, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Should you change your mind, we accept returns within 7 days of purchase to the store in which they were purchased. Goods must be un-opened, un-used, undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags attached; and be accompanied by your purchase receipt.
It is our policy to issue a credit note for all returns of in-store purchases; however with the exception of goods which have been found to be faulty or defective.
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been sold at a reduced price due to damage; missing parts or which have an expired or upcoming sell or use by date.
At checkout you can either choose from delivery by An Post, free In-Store Pickup, or Free local delivery in the Moycullen, Barna area if you spend over €15. We will aim to deliver your purchase as soon as its possible, usually we deliver it within 2-3 working days. At the moment we only ship within the ROI.
All prices quoted on the Monika's Grooming website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the product(s) ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the delivery section of this website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account when the order is created. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Whilst we have taken all necessary precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear in our store and online are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price on any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and provide you with the option of reconfirming you order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
Cancellation by Monika's Grooming
We reserve the right to cancel/not accept an order if:-
We have insufficient stock to fulfil the order
We do not deliver to your area
One of more of the goods ordered was incorrectly described or priced on our website.
The payment transaction is not authorized.
You do not provide us with your real name, payment details including your card address, your delivery address (if different from your card address), email address and telephone number.
Returning Faulty Goods
Where goods that are found to be faulty or defective, they should be returned, along with all parts, for inspection. In this instance, a repair, replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Where items have been damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear, we are unable to process a return.
Use & Security
Customers are entirely responsible for any and all the activities that occur under their Monika's Grooming online account. Should an issue occur, the customer agrees to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right at all times to place advertisements and promotions on the website.
We may terminate this website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your account for violation of the letter of spirit of these terms and conditions.
